Personal Growth and Development is often the result of a deeper knowledge of who you are.
Why take a deeper look?
Have you ever noticed that life is moving faster all the time, that others seem to be passing you up in many different ways? I woke up one morning asking what is happening with my life, why am I not growing any longer, why do I feel so stuck, how can I go back to experiencing life at its fullest. This is my attempt to answer those questions for myself. If you can benefit from my search then you are welcome to read my thoughts and findings. I hope you enjoy
